He works with travelers often, and the notes below will help you plan a trip where the travel and the surgery both go as smoothly as possible.

Hotel Accommodations
Dr. Palladino's team arranges your stay at hotels he has chosen himself, picked for comfort and safety during recovery. Tell your coordinator what you need and they'll take it from there.
Transportation
Our team arranges your rides to and from the airport and to and from the surgery center. Tell us what you need and we'll set it up.
Caretaker
You will not be able to care for yourself in the first days after major surgery, so plan to bring a capable caretaker with you. If your recovery time will be 5 days or longer, we require a professionally trained caretaker for at least 48 hours after your surgery. We can arrange one for you.
Diet During Recovery
Dr. Palladino considers diet one of the biggest levers you control after surgery. A protein-rich diet with multivitamins and supplements supports healing in the days that follow, and healing well shows in the result. His team will suggest meals and supplements for your recovery.

Two things every out-of-town patient should think through before booking: budget and recovery time.
Travel Budget
In addition to the price of your surgery, we recommend budgeting a minimum of $2,500 to cover the expense of flights, hotel accommodations, meals, your caretaker, and any other needs you may have during your stay. As we help you make your accommodations, we will do our best to keep you within the budget you set. The earlier you finalize plans, the easier that is.
Recovery Stay: Time Planning
You should plan to stay in the area for at least several days after your surgery so that your body may sufficiently recover before you travel. The length of your stay depends on the type of surgery you are having:
- Brazilian Butt Lift 10 days
- Breast Augmentation 5 days
- Liposuction 10 days (can vary based on areas treated)
- Rhinoplasty 7–10 days
- Tummy Tuck 10–14 days
- Two or more procedures 14 days (depending on procedures)
